Talent Acquisition Partner – GTM (SaaS)

GlobalM is a talent consultancy partnering with high-growth SaaS companies through an embedded recruitment model. We work closely with founders and GTM leaders to help scale revenue teams quickly and effectively.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with strong sales / GTM hiring experience to support SaaS clients scaling in India.

What you’ll do

- Lead end-to-end GTM recruitment for high-growth SaaS clients - Scale Sales, AE, SDR, Account Management, and Solutions teams in India - Partner closely with GTM leaders and founders as a trusted hiring advisor - Build proactive pipelines and headhunt top-performing talent - Manage interviews, offers, and candidate experience end to end - Use data and reporting to ensure a transparent, high-quality hiring process

What we’re looking for

- 4–5+ years of experience in sales / GTM recruitment - Proven track record of scaling GTM teams in India within SaaS - Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of GTM operations - Comfortable operating in hyper-growth environments - Confident engaging and influencing senior GTM stakeholders - Based in Bangalore (hybrid working model)
