About

the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead core HR functions, with a strong focus on hiring, employee retention, and performance management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening people practices, supporting business objectives, and enhancing overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities: • Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies • Design and implement employee retention and engagement initiatives • Manage performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development • Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR advisory support • Contribute to building a positive and performance-driven culture Qualifications &
