Responsibilities:

Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.
Good to have:
Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the skincare, beauty and lifestyle sector.
Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
