Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and OT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including network transformations, security tool deployments, and end-user service roll-outs. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders across IT, OT, and security teams. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with enterprise and operational environments. Stakeholder Management Engage with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units—including plant operations, engineering, IT, and cybersecurity—to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders. Prepare and present dashboards and reports. Risk, Security & Compliance Ensure compliance with IT governance and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, CMMC). Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement new systems or processes. Team Coordination Manage internal and external resources including IT engineers, OT technicians, cybersecurity analysts, and third-party vendors. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, change logs, risk registers, and post-implementation reviews. Provide regular reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and cybersecurity posture.
