The Role As the Lead – Product & Technology Solutions, you’ll act as the connective tissue between business strategy and engineering delivery.

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their goals, shape solution roadmaps, and guide internal teams to build reliable, scalable, and high-impact products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking big, getting hands-on when needed, and leading by example.

What You’ll Do Partner closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and technical needs Convert ideas and discussions into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and actionable technical roadmaps Design and deliver end-to-end solutions—from system architecture to production deployment—for web, mobile, and AI-powered applications Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across frontend, backend, AI/ML, and DevOps Evaluate and recommend the right technologies, frameworks, and tools for each solution Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and key technical decisions Collaborate with project managers and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery Guide teams on AI/ML integrations, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies Solve complex technical challenges with a long-term, scalable mindset Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, helping them understand feasibility, trade-offs, and implementation approaches Continuously improve engineering practices, standards, and delivery processes

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 6+ years of experience in full-stack development (MERN Stack) Backend: Node.js, Express js, Python, Django, Flask Frontend: React.js, Angular, Next.js Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc. Experience building and deploying products end-to-end—from concept to production Proven expertise in solution architecture, system design, and API integrations Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with clients Demonstrated experience leading teams and aligning technical execution with business goals A problem-solver who enjoys simplifying complexity and building practical, scalable solutions

Nice to Have Exposure to MLOps, data engineering, or model optimization Understanding of agile product development and lifecycle management Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects Background in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical advisory roles
