What We’re Looking For 10–15+ years in Talent Acquisition At least 5 years leading a TA function in a high-growth tech environment (Product/SaaS/AI-native strongly preferred) Strong grasp of technical talent markets: AI/ML Distributed systems Cloud-native engineering Product & GTM hiring Proven track record of hiring high-caliber engineering, product, and GTM talent Demonstrated success closing top-tier candidates in highly competitive markets Experience building TA functions from early scale to global expansion
