Ecommerce Specialist - US Process

Role Description -

As an

E-commerce Specialist – US Process , you will manage and optimize our online sales operations focused on the US market. You will be responsible for handling US marketplace accounts, monitoring performance metrics aligned with US consumer behavior, and ensuring smooth order processing, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role requires working in US time zones and understanding marketplace standards specific to the US region.

Qualifications -

Manage and optimize product listings across

ecommerce platforms

(Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Ensure accurate product information, pricing, descriptions, and images. Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic. Coordinate promotional activities, offers, and discount strategies. Track sales performance, revenue metrics, and customer behavior analytics. Collaborate with design and content teams for banners, landing pages, and product creatives. Manage paid ads and performance marketing initiatives across digital channels. Oversee inventory updates and coordinate with supply chain teams. Identify growth opportunities based on competitor and market analysis.

Required Skills -

3–6 years of experience in

E-commerce Management / Digital Commerce . Hands-on experience with platforms like

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart , etc. Strong understanding of

e-commerce SEO, conversion optimization, and analytics . Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising tools. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good coordination and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple SKUs and digital campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications -

Experience in D2C brands or retail businesses. Knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing workflows. Understanding of customer journey mapping and funnel optimization. Experience handling large product catalogs and high sales volumes.
