Arch Point is seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead business development initiatives with a primary focus on

offline and field marketing (90%)

. The role involves generating new leads, building strong industry relationships, increasing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth for architectural and interior design services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation (Primary Focus – 90% Field Work)

Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and direct marketing. Develop relationships with builders, developers, contractors, real estate agents, and consultants. Conduct regular site visits and client meetings. Identify new project opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional segments. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events. Develop channel partner networks and referral systems. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Pitch architectural and interior design services to prospective clients. Conduct presentations and explain company portfolio and capabilities. Coordinate with design and technical teams for proposal preparation. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals. Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business. 3. Revenue & Target Achievement

Maintain a sales pipeline and update CRM records. Submit weekly field reports and performance updates to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong networking and communication skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. Deep understanding of the construction, real estate, or architectural industry preferred. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work independently in field environments. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in architecture, interiors, real estate, or construction industry). Must be comfortable with

extensive fieldwork (90% outdoor marketing)

. Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
