We’re Hiring: Accounts Manager – Lchang Nang Retreat, Nubra Valley (On-Site)

Location: Nubra Valley, Ladakh Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Role Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Are you someone who loves numbers, enjoys bringing structure to financial systems, and is excited by the idea of working in one of the most breathtaking regions of India? Lchang Nang – The House of Trees, a leading eco-luxury boutique retreat in Nubra Valley, is looking for a dedicated Accounts Manager to join our team on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations of the property Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and financial records Handle billing, vendor payments, and cash flow management Oversee statutory compliance and timely documentation Coordinate with internal departments and leadership for financial reporting Assist with budgeting, audits, and inventory validations

Requirements

B.Com or M.Com degree (mandatory) 1–5 years of experience in accounting; hospitality experience is a plus Strong understanding of Tally, GST, and basic financial processes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently in an on-site role in Nubra Valley
