Job Purpose:

To build and scale a sustainable, profitable business with strong customer retention, a differentiated competitive presence, and a compelling employer brand that attracts and retains high-calibre internal and external talent. The role requires strategic leadership, strong market orientation, and the ability to inspire teams while delivering consistent business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & New Business Development (70%) Drive sustainable revenue growth by leading and supporting new business development initiatives across the region/solution/practice/Centre of Excellence (COE). Establish and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities. Lead by example in client engagement, deal structuring, and relationship building, serving as a role model for high-performance behaviors. Mentor, coach, and develop team members to build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Strengthen market positioning and competitive differentiation through thought leadership and strategic partnerships. 2. Client Engagement, Delivery Governance & Financial Management (20%) Collaborate closely with the delivery organization to establish account- and solution-level leadership, ensuring projects are delivered as per agreed plans, timelines, and quality standards. Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Proactively manage risks and escalations to protect client relationships and business outcomes. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, effective revenue realization, and collections within stipulated timelines. 3. Solution & Practice Development (10%) Contribute to the development and evolution of differentiated solutions, offerings, and intellectual property within the assigned practice or solution area. Build and empower high-performing teams with clear ownership, capabilities, and accountability. Support capability building initiatives aligned with future market needs and strategic priorities.
