Required Skills & Competencies
2-5 years of experience in ERP coordination within Construction / Real Estate industry
Strong knowledge of Highrise ERP Kanixx (Mandatory)
Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
Good understanding of procurement, stores, billing, and accounting workflows.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Ability to train teams and drive ERP adoption across multiple sites.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Responsible for implementation, management, and optimization, end to end trainings of ERP systems across projects to streamline procurement, stores, sales, contracting, billing, accounting, and site operations. Acts as a bridge between technical teams and project/site teams to ensure smooth digital processes.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage ERP modules – Engineering, Procurement, Sites, Sales, Contracting, Billing & Accounting.
Configure user roles, assign access rights, and ensure data security compliance. Ensure user rights, data tracking/documentation.
Develop and automate MIS/ dashboards and custom reports for project tracking.
Implement necessary modifications as per system requirements.
Monitor material consumption, inventory reconciliation, and project progress reports.
Provide ERP end-user training and prepare SOPs, user manuals, and workflow documentation.
Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors/Support team for system updates/patches.
Finding a root cause & do a troubleshooting.
Ensure ERP processes align with ISO standards and company workflows.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Projects, Sales, and Management for smooth ERP functioning.
Analyze system performance and recommend digital process improvements.
