Revenue Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Accounting: Oversee end-to-end revenue accounting processes, ensuring compliance with

Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP

standards. Manage revenue recognition for multiple streams (subscription, services, product sales) in line with contractual terms. Review and validate journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Ensure accurate reporting of deferred revenue, accruals, and adjustments. Collaborate with auditors for statutory and internal audits related to revenue. Revenue Management: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability. Monitor pricing models, discount structures, and contract terms to ensure revenue integrity. Analyze revenue trends and provide insights for forecasting and budgeting. Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to align revenue goals with business objectives. Drive automation and process improvements in revenue management systems. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards (Ind AS 115 / ASC 606). Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and revenue management tools. Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional projects.

Qualifications: CA / CPA / Masters Finance preferred. 4+ years of experience into revenue accounting and revenue management. Exposure to technology, BFSI, or service-based industries is an advantage.
