Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Build and strengthen a premium, aspirational brand identity aligned with global education standards
Own brand storytelling, messaging, and consistency across all touchpoints
Drive high-quality leads and enrolments through targeted ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns
Develop city-wise and micro-market strategies for premium catchments
Lead paid media, digital funnels, website optimization, and analytics
Track and improve CPL, CAC, lead quality, and conversion ratios
Responsible for driving and owning the Admission targets for the Brands
Partner with admissions teams to align marketing and selling narratives
Create premium sales tools, pitch decks, and parent engagement assets
Enhance the end-to-end parent journey from enquiry to admission
Build alliances with premium communities, corporates, and relevant brands
Drive curated events, open houses, and brand-led experiences Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
Lead internal tears and external agencies with clear KPIS and budgets
