Business Analyst

Responsibilities-

● Define project scope and document business requirements.

● Design technical specifications, using best practices and minimising the need for custom coding.

● Provide Zoho consulting, analyse data and processes to improve the business process to drive growth.

● Create solutions on our ZOHO platform to meet the internal customer requirements.

● Automate processes using ZOHO automation tools.

● Create test scenarios and do solution testing.

● Functional and technical knowledge of Zoho CRM support, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk and more applications as well as troubleshooting of (integration) issues.

● Support the set-up of integrations to existing business systems.

● Project management and project documentation (BRD , FRD)

● Prepare Customised Management Reporting Dashboard

● Work closely with the Operations team to implement and configure Zoho applications based on business needs.

● Assist in customising Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other relevant modules.

● Collaborate with the team to understand and document business processes and workflows.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

● Basic understanding of Zoho applications or a willingness to learn.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
