Role Description DIRA Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is expanding and looking for a skilled

BIM Modeler

who can independently handle

Scan to BIM projects as well as architectural modeling from PDF and CAD drawings. We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented person who can work on both as-built and design-stage projects.

Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification - B.E/B.Tech in Civil engineering or B.Arch Experience – 6 Months to 2 years of Experience in BIM Projects. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and Recap Experience in Scan to BIM workflow

Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for: Developing accurate BIM models from

Point Cloud (.RCP / .RCS) Creating architectural models from

PDF drawings and AutoCAD files Preparing complete

Architectural Construction Drawings

from Revit Sheet setup

, annotations, detailing, and schedules Maintaining model accuracy and project standards Work on

LOD 200 to 500

projects Ensure timely delivery with high accuracy Coordinating with internal QA and BIM teams
