Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Facade Designer/Draftsman

with proven experience in

GRC / GRP facade projects

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, production drawings, and coordination drawings in line with project specifications and facade system requirements.

Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed

GRC / GRP shop drawings

, production drawings, and as-built drawings Develop facade detailing, fixing details, and connection drawings Coordinate drawings with project engineers, designers, and site teams Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority regulations, and industry standards Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and consultant feedback Support fabrication and installation teams with accurate technical documentation

Requirements & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in

GRC / GRP facade shop drawings and detailing Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory), Rhino 3D, and Revit. Good understanding of

facade systems, fixing methods, and installation details Ability to manage multiple drawings and meet project deadlines Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile Experience working on GRC/GRP facade projects Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
