Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Interior Projects

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About Us

We are a growing design & build firm based in Ahmedabad, specializing in commercial office and industrial interior projects.

Over the last year, we have stabilized our operations, strengthened cash flows, and are now building a structured execution team to scale systematically.

We are looking for a strong Project Manager who can independently lead projects and be part of our core leadership team.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will take complete ownership of execution for commercial and factory interior projects from handover to final closure.

This is not a coordination-only role.

We are looking for someone who can think, decide, and lead.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution

- Manage commercial and industrial interior projects end-to-end - Ensure timelines, quality, and budget control - Monitor daily site progress and resolve execution challenges

Vendor & Material Management

- Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, modular, and finishing vendors - Track material requirements and deliveries - Control wastage and site-level inefficiencies

Client Coordination

- Conduct regular client updates - Handle scope changes and practical site discussions - Ensure smooth project closure and snag-free handover

Financial & Billing Control

- Track project milestones - Coordinate billing stages - Assist in cost monitoring and margin protection

Reporting

- Submit weekly progress reports - Highlight risks in advance - Maintain structured documentation

Required Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in commercial interior execution - Experience handling office fit-outs, industrial interiors, or factory spaces - Strong understanding of BOQs, drawings, and site measurements - Practical knowledge of materials used in commercial interiors - Ability to manage multiple vendors and parallel activities
