What will your role look like
- Lead requirement discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and gap analysis sessions across multiple business functions
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state and define future-state processes
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
- Conceptualize and document end-to-end business processes, workflows, and data flows within the ServiceNow platform
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate requirement interpretation and delivery

We would like you to bring along
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integration capabilities
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and documentation
- Hands-on experience writing BRDs, FRDs, functional design documents, epics, and user stories
- Excellent business communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze gaps, propose functional solutions, and align outcomes with business objectives
Good-to-have skills
- ServiceNow CSA certification (preferred)
- Experience working in agile or SAFe delivery models
- Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC
