Credentialing Specialist

Wellnite is a digital mental health platform supporting licensed therapists and psychiatric providers across the United States. We manage the operational side of care—including provider onboarding, credentialing coordination, and provider network support—so clinicians can focus on delivering care.

We are looking for a

Credentialing Specialist

to support the credentialing and network participation of providers across insurance payers.

Responsibilities: Manage provider

credentialing and re-credentialing

with insurance payers Maintain and update

CAQH profiles

and provider credentialing documentation Collect and verify provider documentation including licenses, NPIs, and malpractice insurance Track credentialing status and follow up with insurance networks as needed Maintain accurate credentialing records and documentation trackers Assist with

payer roster updates and provider enrollment submissions Work with internal teams to resolve credentialing-related issues and ensure providers are ready to see clients

Qualifications: Experience in

provider credentialing, healthcare operations, or provider enrollment Familiarity with

CAQH, NPI registry, and insurance credentialing processes Knowledge of

payer credentialing workflows and provider enrollment Strong organizational and documentation management skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work with healthcare providers and insurance networks Experience working with

mental health or behavioral health providers

is preferred Familiarity with

telehealth or healthcare platforms

is a plus Ability to manage multiple credentialing workflows simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
