Role Description

This is a full-time on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru, overseeing one of the key functional areas such as Sales, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA&QC). Responsibilities include driving strategic and operational initiatives, monitoring and improving business processes, leading teams to achieve performance goals, and ensuring seamless integration across functional units.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance, interpret data, and identify actionable insights Exceptional Communication abilities to lead teams, collaborate across departments, and manage stakeholder relationships Proficiency in Business Processes necessary for operational efficiency and achieving organizational objectives Proven leadership abilities and experience in overseeing multi-disciplinary teams Educational background in Engineering, Business Management, or relevant fields Experience in the industries of focus, such as Photovoltaic, Semiconductor, or BioPharma, is an added advantage A proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments
