About the Role Join as our BDR driving maximum leads across dual markets—50/50 local Tricity cold hustle + global LinkedIn support. Generate unlimited leads (60+ local calls/door-knocks weekly) while assisting international React landing page outreach.

Close ₹5L/month personally across WordPress local (₹50k) and React global (₹1.5L) deals.

Key Responsibilities - Local Hustle: Maximum cold calls + door-knocks/week for Tricity SMEs (WordPress ₹50k projects). - Global Assist: Unlimited LinkedIn comments/emails supporting US/UK/Aus prospects for International Lead. - Generate maximum leads → unlimited demos/month across both markets (personal close target: ₹5L/mo). - Build referral engine: local wins → international upsells.

What We’re Looking For - 2+ years BDR/SDR experience with local + global sales hustle. - High-volume cold outreach mastery (calls, knocks, LinkedIn messaging). - Proven closes: ₹50k local WordPress, ₹1.5L global React landing pages.

Compensation & Perks - Base: ₹45,000/month. - OTE: ₹1.8L+/month (₹45k base + uncapped commissions) – scales with ₹5L/mo closes. - LinkedIn Premium, field sales tools, local transport support, fast-track to AE role.
