About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help expand our Lending Service Provider (LSP) network in India by building partnerships with NBFCs, fintech companies, and digital lending platforms.
The role involves identifying potential partners, initiating outreach, and supporting partnership development in the digital lending ecosystem.
This is a 3-month contract role. Candidates who perform well during this period may be considered for a long-term role after successful probation assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with NBFCs and fintech lending companies in India
- Build a pipeline of potential lending partners
- Conduct market research on NBFC and digital lending landscape
- Reach out to potential partners via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Schedule meetings with NBFCs and fintech partners
- Assist in preparing partnership proposals and presentations
- Maintain a simple database of partner outreach and progress
- Stay updated on RBI digital lending guidelines
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in fintech, NBFC, lending, or financial services
- Basic understanding of digital lending ecosystem in India
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Existing connections with NBFCs or fintech companies
- Experience with loan marketplaces, DSAs, or LSP platforms
- Knowledge of RBI digital lending framework
