Role & Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding). Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives. Coordinate interviews and act as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers. Build strong relationships with potential hires and represent our company culture. Collaborate with HR to design and implement effective hiring strategies. experience in c2h positions is mandatory.

Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate degree (HR specialization preferred). 1–3 years of recruitment experience ((freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
