Office based Sales / Inside Sales Engineer

This role involves lead generation, end-to-end enquiry management through SAP, timely customer support and relationship management, coordination with the sales team, order execution, payment collection, and providing office-based sales support.

Your job: Track open quotations and orders to accelerate business turnover. Manage credit controls and support customer-specific pricing strategies based on business potential. Drive conversion of competitor products to Festo equivalents and support the field sales team in capturing new business to increase market share. Play a key role in proposing value engineering initiatives and optimized automation solutions. Train and update the customers on new product launches and phased-out products. Gather and share market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.

Your qualification: The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales. The person should proactively understand customer needs, drives business opportunities with the sales team and ensures efficient order execution through strong product knowledge and clear customer communication.
