Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Chat Support Executive to manage investor communication and ensure a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for investors, addressing queries, resolving concerns, coordinating updates, and scheduling interactions with internal teams.

This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently in a fast-paced VC environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to investor queries via chat, email, and other digital platforms.. - Keep investors regularly updated on portfolio developments, meetings, reports, and key announcements. - Coordinate and schedule calls/meetings between investors and internal stakeholders. - Maintain accurate records of interactions, requests, and follow-ups in systems. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely and effective communication. - Track recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance investor experience. - Support onboarding of new investors by guiding them through processes and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, relationship management, or similar roles. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Professional, courteous, and investor-facing demeanor. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously. - Basic understanding of startups, venture capital, or financial services (preferred). - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
