Activation Manager

Company Description Youth Marketer is India's premier youth & campus marketing agency. We help brands reach out to & develop an affinity amongst the vast collegiate and Gen Z community across the country.

Role Description 1) Plan and execute on-ground brand activations across colleges, malls, co-working spaces, events, etc. 2) Scout, onboard, and manage a community of campus ambassadors working on campaigns across categories 3) Coordinate with internal teams to align activation strategy with brand objectives 4) Onboard colleges, college societies, college students, freelancers, and influencers for campus & influencer marketing campaigns 5) Expand our reach in the Gen Z category

Qualifications 1) Strong communication and interpersonal skills 2) Good understanding of the college culture in India 3) Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4) Self-starter. Doer, not a talker
