Junior Video Editor – Full Time | Pune (0–2 Years)

We’re hiring.

GlassMate Media is looking for 3-4 Video Editors to join our growing team in Pune.

If you love storytelling, understand pacing, and care about clean cuts more than flashy effects, this might be for you.

Location: Mega Centre, Hadapsar, Pune

Open Positions: 3-4

Experience: 0 – 1.5 years

Joining: Immediate

What you’ll work on:

• Corporate films

• Social media content (Reels/Shorts)

• Founder-led content

• Event coverage

• Brand campaigns

What we expect:

• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro

• Working knowledge of After Effects

• Basic understanding of Photoshop / Canva

• Good sense of storytelling and editing rhythm

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn and grow

This is not a freelance gig.

This is an in-office role based in Pune to ensure strong collaboration, faster learning, and hands-on exposure to real client execution.

However, based on performance, consistency, and ownership, we are open to transitioning into a hybrid model over time.

Salary Range:

• Interns/Freshers: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Internship/Entry level)

• 1–2 years experience: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Performance-based growth opportunity.

Strong performers will be considered for long-term roles with increased responsibility.
