About Us

Osho Himalayas Wellness Resort offers holistic experiences rooted in wellness, mindfulness, and rejuvenation. We are now seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us connect our offerings with the right guests.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle fresh sales inquiries, follow up with inbound leads, and convert them into bookings.

● Build strong relationships with existing leads and ensure repeat business.

● Use channels such as phone, WhatsApp and emails for outreach.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

● Coordinate with the reservations and operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

● Prepare and present sales reports and performance insights.

Requirements

● Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills (good English speaking and writing required).

● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

● Proficient in email, MS Office, Excel and basic CRM tools.

● Experience in B2C sales.
