Experience required: At least 1.5 years of experience managing tele-calling or collections teams.

Main responsibilities: Manage tele-calling and external collection teams Ensure smooth daily workflow Recover overdue payments and reduce delinquency Handle high-risk delinquent accounts and customer queries Achieve collection and recovery targets Hire and manage collection agents Review agent performance regularly Manage pre-EMI reminder calling teams Use MIS reports to plan collection strategies Analyse portfolio, trends, and resolution performance Work with legal, product, tech, compliance, and field teams Ensure company processes and compliance rules are followed Improve calling scripts, processes, and efficiency Create and manage dialler campaigns What they offer: Salary and benefits Career growth opportunities Supportive work environment
