Role Overview

As Asst. Manager / Manager – School Outreach & Partnerships, you will drive school engagement, build strategic institutional partnerships, and represent Zista across the K–12 ecosystem. You will work closely with leadership at Zista and the K-12 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Support outreach initiatives across regions to build and nurture long-term school partnerships.
Initiate and support leadership in engaging with trustees, school promoters, principals, academic heads, and coordinators.
Develop deep institutional relationships based on trust, value creation, and impact.
Identify collaboration opportunities aligned with schools’ academic vision and growth priorities.
Support in driving institutional partnerships across curriculum, teacher development, leadership capability, and school excellence initiatives.
Support development of customized engagement strategies for partner schools.
Represent the organization at school events, education forums, conferences, and exhibitions.
Support in conceptualizing and executing workshops, institutional programs, and engagement initiatives.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work with the team on partnership outcomes, and engagement pipelines.
Collaborate with research, data teams effectively impact outreach and partnership
Support and ideate with the communications and digital teams
Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters / MBA
Work Experience:
2 – 6 years of experience preferably in the K-12 ecosystem.
Prior experience working with non-profit organizations, K–12 schools, education organizations, EdTech companies, education consulting firms, or institutional engagement teams will be preferred.
Exposure to working with school leadership teams (Principals, Trustees, Academic Heads, Coordinators is highly desirable.
Experience in conducting institutional presentations, workshops, webinars, or education programs is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
Ability to create proposals, presentations, and institutional communication documents
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) understanding and using AI.
Experience using webinar and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom / Teams, etc.)
Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management capabilities
Effective planning, coordination, and execution skills
Ability to track data and get insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High-quality interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
Strong organizational and coordination skills
