Role Description We are hiring a full-time Internal Medical Monitor to remotely support clinical trial operations. The role includes overseeing the medical aspects of clinical programs, ensuring the safety of participants, and evaluating medical data for regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing safety data, providing medical expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure trials are conducted in accordance with protocols and medical guidelines.

Qualifications In-depth knowledge of clinical research processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines Experience in safety data analysis, patient safety monitoring, and medical review Strong ability to collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and stakeholders Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Medical degree (MD or equivalent) required, with specialization in a relevant therapeutic area preferred Previous experience in clinical trials or biopharmaceutical research is highly desirable Proficiency with medical databases and documentation systems
