Job Title: E-commerce Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
E-commerce Manager
to oversee and manage the company’s online sales channels. The role involves managing website operations, optimizing the online shopping experience, driving digital sales growth, and coordinating with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with e-commerce platforms, and a deep understanding of online consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website.
Ensure accurate product listings including images, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, and inventory. Creating csv’s.And listing on other ecommerce market places.
Coordinate product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns on the website.
Monitor website performance and resolve issues related to product display, checkout, or payments internally with teams and third party partners like payment gateways, shopify support etc
Sales & Performance Optimization
Track and analyze website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and revenue.
Optimize product pages to improve conversion rates.
Identify opportunities to increase average order value and customer retention, funnel drops and reduce cart abandonment .
Plan and execute sales events, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
Optimise end to end e-commerce journey for customers, from lead generation to conversion.
Platform & Technical Management
Manage the e-commerce platform (e.G., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
Coordinate with developers or platform partners for website improvements and integrations.
Manage apps, plugins, and integrations related to marketing, logistics, and payments.
Inventory & Order Management
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Monitor order flow and ensure timely fulfilment.
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to reduce order errors and returns.
Manage product performance on other ecommerce websites.
Marketing Collaboration
Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as SEO, Email marketing, whatsapp marketing to drive revenue and increase ROI
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to execute campaigns across email, social media, and paid ads.
Ensure website readiness for campaigns and product launches.
Manage landing pages and campaign pages.
Customer Experience
Monitor customer journey and identify improvements in UX/UI.
Analyze customer feedback and work with the customer support team to improve service quality.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce management.
Hands-on experience with Shopify. Should have strong technical understanding of the platform
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
Familiarity with ERP software.
Understanding of UX/UI best practices.
