The Role
As a
Senior Sales Executive , you will be at the forefront of our growth engine, driving adoption across both our B2B and B2C product lines. You aren't just selling software; you are selling financial efficiency and seamless customer payment experiences. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from hunting and qualifying high-value leads to navigating complex enterprise negotiations and closing deals that impact our bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
Dual-Product Revenue Generation:
Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle for both our B2C recurring payment platform and our B2B autonomous AR agent, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strategic Prospecting:
Identify and engage key decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Controllers, and Ops Heads) within target B2B and B2C enterprises.
Value-Based Selling:
Conduct deep-dive discovery calls and product demonstrations that clearly articulate how DemandPay solves specific AR pain points and streamlines consumer payment collections.
Negotiation & Closing:
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and a seamless transition to the onboarding team.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene to track leads, manage the forecast, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to relay market feedback and ensure our solution evolves with client needs across both business models.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
4–7 years of proven success in SaaS, Technology, or Fintech sales. Experience selling payment gateways, recurring payment infrastructure, or finance automation tools is highly advantageous.
The "Consultative" Edge:
You don't just "pitch"; you listen. You can translate complex AI and payment routing capabilities into tangible ROI for a Finance Director.
Network & Presence:
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate large enterprise hierarchies in the Indian market.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in modern sales stacks (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and a quick learner of AI-driven platforms.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance. An MBA is preferred but a strong track record of hitting targets matters more.
