Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic

Telecallers

to support our

Holidays Department

by contacting potential customers, explaining holiday packages, and converting leads into bookings. Key Responsibilities: Call leads and explain domestic and international holiday packages. Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages. Follow up with interested customers and close sales. Maintain customer data and update details in CRM. Coordinate with the sales/operations team for booking confirmations. Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of travel destinations is an advantage. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Plus Two with experience. Experience:

0–2 years (Tele calling / Travel sales preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: Ernakulam, Kerala.
