ROLE: OUTBOUND MARKETING LEAD
Build Our Growth Engine from Scratch

A system.
You’ll work directly with the Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to design and run our outbound engine.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Define and refine our ICP (and keep challenging it)
- Design multi-touch outbound journeys (email + LinkedIn + smart follow-ups)
- Write sharp, non-spammy outreach messaging
- Work closely with the SDR to improve conversion to meetings
- Continuously test and refine positioning
- Track quality — not just volume
- Improve targeting using data and intent signals
- Help shape our go-to-market narrative
You will not be stuck executing templates.
You will build the playbook.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years in outbound, growth, or revenue marketing
- Strong writing skills (clear > clever)
- Deep understanding of ICPs and sales psychology
- Comfortable experimenting and iterating
- High ownership, low drama
- Someone who enjoys building, not maintaining
If you’ve worked with tools like Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms, CRMs, enrichment tools — great.
But we care more about how you think than what tools you’ve used.
