Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Cloud Strategist – Application Workloads with 8+ years of experience in cloud transformation and application modernization.

The role involves leading enterprise cloud readiness assessments, defining 6R strategy, designing microservices-based architectures, and driving large-scale migration programs across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Candidates must have strong exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP along with containerization, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Advisory

- Conduct Cloud Readiness Assessment and Application Portfolio Assessment - Define 6R Strategy (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Repurchase, Retire, Retain) - Develop cloud migration roadmap and transformation strategy - Create business case and TCO models for modernization programs - Engage senior stakeholders for cloud transformation initiatives

Architecture & Modernization

- Design microservices-based and cloud-native architectures - Lead containerization initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes - Implement OpenShift-based container platforms (preferred) - Architect Hybrid Cloud and Multi-Cloud solutions - Drive DevOps adoption and CI/CD pipeline implementation - Modernize legacy applications to scalable cloud-native platforms

Delivery & Governance

- Manage end-to-end cloud migration programs - Ensure cost optimization and governance compliance - Mitigate risks and drive quality assurance - Track transformation KPIs and business value realization

Required Skills & Expertise

- Cloud Migration & Application Modernization - 6R Strategy (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, etc.) - Microservices Architecture - Docker & Kubernetes - OpenShift (preferred) - DevOps & CI/CD - Hybrid Cloud & Multi-Cloud Architecture - AWS / Azure / GCP - Enterprise Architecture principles - Industry exposure: BFSI / Healthcare / Manufacturing / Oil & Gas (preferred)

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT - Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP/Kubernetes) preferred

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in cloud transformation projects - Hands-on architecture and migration experience - Strong stakeholder communication skills - Experience managing cross-functional teams - Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
