The Mandate We have been mandated to recruit a seasoned leader to take charge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a high-growth, SEBI-regulated Online Financial Products Distribution Platform

The Client The client is a digitally driven platform with a strong foundation in the fixed-income investment space. We are seeking a leader who can scale the platform into a recognized, category-leading brand.

The Role The CEO will lead and scale the organization as it transitions from a founder-led structure into its next phase of growth. The role requires a balance of commercial acumen, digital orientation, and the ability to operate effectively in a regulated environment.

Role Lead long-term growth, market positioning, and profitability Expand revenues across investor segments and issuer partnerships Strengthen issuer engagement, particularly for primary issuances Advance the digital product and platform capabilities Ensure regulatory and governance excellence Build and scale a strong leadership team and organization Drive operational efficiency and risk discipline

Qualifications Qualifications: PG (Finance/Management) or CA preferred

Experience 15–25 years in BFSI Sales experience in Fixed income/DCM/treasury/bond markets Digital investing/platform experience preferred Success in scaling retail BFSI businesses Issuer and investor relationships Experience operating in regulated environments Cross-functional leadership capability Founder/promoter-led organisation exposure preferred
