Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist specializing in Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning Systems to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions that drive business decision-making and automation. The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical modeling expertise with modern AI capabilities including GenAI, Agentic AI, and MLOps-driven production deployments.

Key Responsibilities Develop predictive analytics solutions using traditional Machine Learning and statistical modeling techniques Build time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization models Design and deploy scalable end-to-end ML pipelines Work with LLMs, VLMs, RAG pipelines, and Generative AI systems Develop Agentic AI solutions for intelligent automation Build and maintain data engineering pipelines using Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, and lifecycle management Write production-grade Python code for ML systems and data pipelines Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate analytics into real-world solutions Mentor junior data scientists and promote engineering best practices Required Technical Skills Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics Traditional Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modeling Predictive analytics and business forecasting Time-series analysis and anomaly detection Optimization techniques Generative AI & Advanced AI Experience with LLMs, VLMs, RAG architectures, and GenAI solutions Exposure to Agentic AI systems Data Engineering & MLOps Azure ecosystem experience Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks End-to-end ML pipeline development MLOps practices and deployment automation Programming Strong Python programming expertise Experience building production ML systems
