Age Well is looking for a proactive and well-organized
Administration Staff
member to manage front-office coordination, documentation, vendor interactions, and daily administrative support across the team and the wellness centre.
Key Responsibilities
Handle front office tasks including calls, emails, guest coordination, and scheduling.
Maintain administrative records, documentation, and inventory logs.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support teams.
Assist leadership with office operations and basic HR support tasks.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre and office.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
2 years
of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Strong communication, organization, and task coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation practices.
Professional, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
