Job Description:

Testing & Quality Assurance Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test strategies for platform solutions and backend APIs Perform comprehensive

manual testing

to validate functionality, usability, and user experience Conduct

unit testing, regression testing, performance testing , and

load testing

to ensure system stability and scalability Validate applications built on

Appian, Anaplan , and custom solutions developed in

Python, C#,

and

React Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle using bug tracking systems Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

Mandatory Skills:

4-7 years

of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance Strong expertise in both

manual testing

and

test automation Proven experience with

Selenium WebDriver

for UI automation Proficiency in API testing and backend validation Experience with

CI/CD tools , particularly Jenkins Solid understanding of

SDLC

and

Agile/Scrum

methodologies Experience testing applications built on

low-code platforms

(Appian, Anaplan) Hands-on experience with

performance and load testing

tools (Locust, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
