Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support our hiring efforts and gain hands-on experience in recruitment. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open roles while contributing to HR initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining closures
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and smooth scheduling
Support communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure a positive experience
Support offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate hiring data, trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reports
Skills and Qualification Required:
Bachelor's Degree Required
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (startup experience preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Job Portals - Naukri & LinkedIn Recruiter
Willingness to learn and take on HR-related projects
Availability for a 6-month internship; immediate joiners preferred
