Position: Social Media Manager

Location: Chennai (In-House Preferred) Full-Time

About Madras Linen

Madras Linen is a premium linen-focused menswear and womenswear brand under

ATI Global . We are building a structured, design-led, storytelling-driven apparel brand with strong India-wide retail and global export ambitions.

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can build Madras Linen into a powerful digital-first fashion brand.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building, executing, and scaling the entire digital presence of Madras Linen across platforms.

This is not just a posting role. This is a

brand architecture role.

You will: • Shape the brand voice • Create storytelling frameworks • Build audience trust • Drive sales through digital • Manage performance marketing • Coordinate shoots and campaigns • Build long-term brand recall

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Brand Strategy & Positioning • Define Madras Linen’s social identity (tone, visual direction, content pillars) • Create monthly and quarterly content strategy aligned with product drops • Develop brand storytelling frameworks: • Craftsmanship • Linen education • Fit & tailoring • Luxury simplicity • Indian heritage meets global minimalism • Ensure visual consistency across all platforms

2️⃣ Content Planning & Execution • Create monthly content calendar (Reels, Carousels, Stories, Campaigns) • Plan: • Product shoots • Lifestyle shoots • Editorial shoots • BTS content • Founder-led storytelling • Coordinate with: • Graphic designers • Video editors • Models • Photographers • Stylists • Write captions aligned with brand voice • Oversee reel scripting & short-form storytelling

3️⃣ Platform Management

Manage and grow: • Instagram (Primary platform) • YouTube (Brand films & reels) • Pinterest (Mood boards & aesthetic growth) • Facebook (Secondary) • LinkedIn (Brand credibility via ATI Global)

Responsibilities include: • Posting • Engagement • DMs • Comment moderation • Community building

4️⃣ Performance Marketing • Run Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook) • Retargeting campaigns • Conversion tracking • Pixel setup • A/B testing creatives • Budget allocation strategy • ROAS monitoring • Customer acquisition strategy

Must understand: • CAC • CTR • Conversion rate • Funnel building

5️⃣ Influencer & Collaboration Marketing • Identify and onboard influencers (micro & premium) • Manage barter & paid collaborations • Build long-term ambassador program • Handle PR gifting • Coordinate with stylists & fashion editors

6️⃣ E-Commerce & Sales Integration • Align social media drops with: • Website launches • Festive collections • Limited edition drops • Create urgency campaigns • Flash sale strategy • Story highlight funnels • WhatsApp integration strategy

7️⃣ Analytics & Reporting • Weekly performance reports • Monthly growth analysis • Content performance breakdown • Ad spend report • Customer insights • Competitor benchmarking

8️⃣ Creative Direction & Visual Control • Approve all posts before publishing • Maintain feed aesthetics • Maintain premium brand image • Ensure high-quality storytelling visuals • Develop brand guideline document for digital

Required Skills • Strong understanding of fashion branding • Expertise in Instagram growth strategy • Experience running Meta Ads • Strong content writing skills (English mandatory) • Understanding of aesthetics & visual storytelling • Basic photo/video editing knowledge • Understanding of luxury & premium positioning • Knowledge of Canva / Adobe / Reels editing • Knowledge of trends & algorithms

Experience Required • 2–5 years experience in fashion / apparel / D2C brand • Proven portfolio of accounts grown • Experience with clothing brands preferred • Knowledge of export-facing brand positioning is a plus
