Sobtis Group is hiring a
hands-on HR Manager
to manage and stabilise HR operations across its group businesses. This is a
group-level execution role
with direct exposure to promoters and clear growth potential as the organisation expands.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, hospitality, and support staff
Implementation and upkeep of HR policies, SOPs, attendance, and leave systems
Managing appraisal cycles, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
Employee onboarding, exits, documentation, and discipline processes
Supporting employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Acting as the primary HR point of contact for unit heads and management
Who Should Apply
6–10 years
of hands-on HR experience (generalist profile preferred)
MBA / PG in HR or equivalent qualification
Experience in
education, hospitality, real estate, or multi-unit organisations
preferred
Comfortable working closely with promoters in a practical, execution-driven environment
Willingness to work
full-time, on-site in Bareilly
Compensation
CTC: ₹6–8 LPA (depending on experience and role fit)
