The role - Partner & Culture Architect (HR Generalist)

The Mission
This isn’t just about filing papers. We’re looking for a Strategic HR Generalist who can oscillate between "big picture" policy formation and the "nitty-gritty" of day-to-day operations. You’ll be the bridge between our business goals and our people’s happiness.
What you’ll be doing:
The Rulebook Creator: You’ll design and implement HR policies that don’t just sound like "corporate speak" but actually make sense for a modern team.
Compliance Ninja: Labor codes and compliance updates are your bedtime stories. You keep us safe, legal, and ahead of the curve.
Talent Orchestrator: From managing offers that candidates can’t refuse to ensuring our documentation is as sharp as our brand.
The Vetting Pro: You’ll oversee the BGV process via SpringVerify to ensure we’re only hiring the best of the best.
The Tech Stack Maestro: You’ll live and breathe in Keka HRMS and handle the "payday cheers" using Razorpay Payroll.
People Champion: You are the go-to person for grievances, growth, and general "how do I do this?" queries.
What you bring to the table:
4–5 years of relevant HR experience. We don’t care if you come from Tech, Fashion, or F&B - as long as you know your stuff.
Strategic Brain + Execution Hands. You can plan a 12-month people strategy and also jump into a spreadsheet to fix a payroll glitch.
Communication Skills: You can explain a complex labor law update to a store manager as easily as you can pitch a new perk to the leadership.
Tool Savvy: Prior experience with Keka, SpringVerify/Ongrid/Plum, or Razorpay is a massive plus. If not, you should be the type of person who masters new software in a weekend.
