Job Description – Marketing Content Manager

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Location- Pune

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Accounting Outsourcing as an industry

• Degree in Marketing / Bachelor's or Master’s in Journalism, Communication, or English

Literature

• B2C or B2B marketing experience

• Experience in marketing for an offshore services company

• Ability to undertake basic analysis and reporting

• Strong reading and writing skills

• Critical thinker and problem solver

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and own content marketing strategies with short- and long-term goals

• Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms

• Write articles, blogs, social media posts, white papers, case studies, press releases, collaterals,

and video/ad copies

• Manage content marketing budget

• Plan and execute ad and email campaigns using automation platforms

• Design and implement creative marketing strategies to disseminate content

• Collaborate with business unit heads and teams to drive content marketing initiatives

• Deliver engaging content regularly and inspire team members

• Gather insights to improve content delivery with stakeholder support

• Drive demand and lead generation with ownership of indirect business pipeline

Qualifications:

• Mass Communication / Media Studies (Business Journalism and Corporate Communication

preferred)

• BA/MA in English Literature OR

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience

Language Proficiency:

English, Hindi

Required Certifications:

• Fundamentals of Digital Marketing – Google Certification

• HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification

• Any relevant certifications in writing, copywriting, branding, or marketing

Behavioural Competencies (ASK Framework):

• Experience in campaign reporting and analysis

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• B2C or B2B marketing experience

• Experience in marketing services

• Experience using email marketing systems
