Business Development Executive

Main Responsibilities: Support engagement with key clients to understand their operational needs and challenges. Facilitate discussions and communication with local clients, including in the local language where required, to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations. Present and clearly communicate the value of our solutions and services during client interactions. Prepare proposals and supporting materials tailored to client requirements. Conduct close follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and ensure timely responses to inquiries or requests. Attend customer meetings and discussions alongside the Business Development Manager to provide on-ground support. Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding evolving needs and supporting client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical) to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and solutions.

Requirements: Degree in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client engagement or business development support. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience in preparing proposals and supporting commercial discussions is preferred. Knowledge of technology solutions or services is an advantage but not mandatory. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently. Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong interest in client engagement and commercial activities. Comfortable visiting, presenting to, and interacting with clients. Strong ability to manage follow-ups and deadlines efficiently. Able to work effectively with colleagues across teams and locations. Additional Requirements: No visa sponsorship required.
