We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Octogle Technologies and help us build world-class engineering and product teams. This is a hands-on role — you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, working closely with hiring managers across engineering, design, and product.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, designers, QA, and product managers • Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and direct outreach • Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews to assess technical fit and culture alignment • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and technical leads • Managing candidate pipelines and keeping all stakeholders updated throughout the process • Writing compelling job descriptions and posting across relevant platforms • Building talent pools for future hiring needs • Maintaining and improving our ATS and recruitment workflows • Providing a great candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or agency • Solid understanding of tech roles — you know the difference between a frontend and backend engineer and can have an intelligent conversation about it • Experience sourcing passive candidates, not just posting and praying • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously • Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for SaaS or product-led tech companies • Exposure to hiring in the Indian or UK tech markets • Knowledge of platforms like Naukri, Instahyre, or similar
