Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a High School English Teacher at Global City International School, located in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and delivering engaging and effective English lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners, assessing students’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive learning environment. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive curriculum and participate in school events and activities to enhance student development.

Qualifications ·

Expertise in English Teaching, Lesson Planning, and general Teaching methodologies tailored for high school education ·

Strong skills in Communication and Writing for effective student engagement and resource development ·

Familiarity with contemporary teaching tools and methods, ensuring dynamic and interactive classrooms ·

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification ·

Proven experience teaching English at the high school level, preferably in an international or CBSE-focused environment ·

Ability to assist students in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills Passion for education and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
