About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance Program Manager – Franchise who loves structure and thrives in speed. He/She will oversee financial governance, SOP implementation, and end-to-end reconciliation processes across franchise stores (FOFO/FOCO models). The role ensures financial discipline, revenue integrity, inventory control, and compliance across all franchise operations.
If you have financial sharpness, execution excellence, and strong stakeholder management skills, this role is well-suited for you.
Roles & Responsibilities
SOP & Process Governance
Ensure smooth and timely books closure and reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, and compliance filings; coordinate with auditors and consultants.
Collaborate with business, supply chain, and ops teams for end-to-end financial visibility.
Key Qualifications & Skills
MBA/CA with 2-4 years of professional experience
Strong understanding of financials, store-level P&L, MIS
Experience in program management & stakeholder coordination
Exposure to retail / D2C / franchise models preferred
