Closr is expanding.
We’re looking for a
Junior Recruiter
to work on domestic, non-IT hiring mandates across industries.
This is not a passive job.
If you’re looking for something “comfortable”, this isn’t it.
This role is for someone who:
Knows how to use
LinkedIn Recruiter
confidently
Can source proactively (not wait for applicants)
Can juggle multiple roles at the same time
Is organised and updates trackers in real time
Is comfortable working remotely
Understands speed + quality both matter
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sourcing candidates across domestic non-IT roles
Using LinkedIn Recruiter
Screening candidates and qualifying properly
Managing multiple mandates simultaneously
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
Maintaining clean trackers and ATS updates
Supporting closures aggressively
What We’re Looking For:
1 year–3 years of recruitment experience (domestic hiring preferred)
Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills (must-have)
Good spoken English and confident phone manner
Ability to hustle and work with urgency
Comfortable in a fast-moving, remote setup
Ownership mindset
What This Role Is NOT:
Not a resume forwarding job
Not fixed-hour, low-output work
Not a large corporate with layers
We are a small, high-accountability team.
